I dont know if this is for an M35a2 or an m105,,,,, my nearest guess is a seat bracket of some sort,,,,,,but I dont see where it would go on my existing equipment...my truck is a drop side if that matters ( I know it does for some parts).

does anyone have a picture of it mounted in place?.....Thanks Jason

This could be for an A2C. Check the sideboard corners right behind the cab. I think it might be the bracket that fastens the sideboards to the headboard. It's been awhile since I've been in the back of my truck.

Corner bracket on the side racks I think. M35A2

Revising my answer. Headache rack I think.

Yeah I have those other parts too, I just thought they bolted on,,,,so what Your saying is they bolt on the pocket thing , then hang on the truck bed somewhere? Why the pin on the outside, and one on the inside?

Thanks Jason

Thats for a non drop side bed headache rack. The one pin goes into the bed of the truck, the one that sticks out. the other one is for the side racks to hook on. A drop side rack would not have the pin for the side racks.
