Instrument Cluster ripped out!

I was looking thru the GL listing for Ft. Riley, Kansas and every one of their deuces has the instrument panel removed!

Does anyone know what the deal is?

There were a few in Texas as well. The ones at Riley have the wiring harnesses cut, not only did they remove the panels, they used some sort of cutter and just snipped the harnesses. Most are harness side of the wire tags which means you chase the wire to its source to connect properly. All wires involved are gray 14 guage. Glen
