Rear battery 14.25v

Just changed the drivers side alt on a 1009. Getting 14.25volts at battery is that ok?

That is the ideal voltage for a properly working alternator

Directly from the manufacture, the output voltage for a 12v system should be between 13.8v and 14.5v.

For a 24v system the voltage should be between 27.8v and 28.4v
