Mine has a 4" suspension lift, they used aluminum blocks, The blocks are green mil spec. I doubt they are anything else that normal blocks.
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
the shakle flip does not move the axle forward. it moved the shackle angel forward. zero rates are needed to move the axle forward or backwards.
The shackle flip DOES move it slighty forward (it pivots the rear springs down causing the axle to move forward).
Its not alot but its noticeable !!!
I believe that this can be compensated for by adding the ORD zero rates. They allow adjustment of the axle position. This can be helpful on the front axle to gain clearance at the rear of the wheel well/ fender. The shackle flip DOES move it slighty forward (it pivots the rear springs down causing the axle to move forward).

thats correct. i run them on both axles.I believe that this can be compensated for by adding the ORD zero rates. They allow adjustment of the axle position. This can be helpful on the front axle to gain clearance at the rear of the wheel well/ fender.
Yes it does.no it does not. no where on the web site it says it does or on my truck did it move it forward.
Its not a bad thing, but actually a good one. it improves suspension and driveline geometry vs blocks in the rear. It's only visually different from factory, and less noticeable with a load. The axle center point and wheel will be slightly forward in the wheel well.If the shackle flip does move the axle, does it move it in a good way or bad? If in a bad way what would I do to correct this? Will I have any problems with the front driveshaft/axle using the 4" HD springs from ORD?

stock springs dont like to be flexed if you wheel them hard on a rear shackle flip set up.
