First timer, EUC sent in August 30th Cleared Sept 21!!!

Recovery to commence in a few hours! I'm pumped. Hope everything goes smooth.

John at Little Falls says the truck should start, if not they have a jump cart. Regardless I'm taking generator, compressor, two new 1150 CCA batteries, and everything but the kitchen sink. Wish me luck, I'll try to take some pics if I can remember in the excitement!

Good luck with the recovery . I still may hold the record of 8 days for first time EUC but someone will be along in about three seconds to say otherwise LOL. Be safe, and as the old timers around here will tell us, there is no cure for the Green Iron fever.

If you have any troubles me and my A3 is on standby just let me know being unemployed has given me plenty of free time
Thanks a bunch! It went better than I imagined!
I had one flat tire(knew this from the video I bid on).
It started right up(well as quick as the cat sitting for months does).
The CTIS would not inflate the tire....... Score....... The storage compartment had a glad hand hose/gauge inflater. Started inflating the tire from the hose, Once it hit a few pounds the Ctis kicked on! CTIS worked great the whole trip.

I had to add 1 gallon of antifreeze, oil and tran oil were fine, brake fluid fine. Tran temp barely moved the whole trip.

Engine never missed a beat the 2 hour drive home.

I got bonuses! Medical kit! Looks brand new. Glad hand hose/inflater. Jack, handle, lug nut wench. BRAND SPANKING NEW BATTERIES!!!!
Only thing I saw missing is knob for the wiper control and the right side window rubber moulding at the rear.

Roof has metal in the machinegun? circle so no sag. Top of the roof is the only real rust spot. I'll have to sand that down and repaint.

All tires including the spare look brand new(or 5,000 miles which is the odometer)

The really funny thing is I had everything but the kitchen sink including a generator, compressor, two batteries, 3 gallons of oil, half my tool box, Antifreeze, brake fluid, saw, wood ect.... and I needed nothing but 1 gallon of antifreeze.

I was expecting the worst, got the best.

I think this batch was getting readied and suddenly deactivated. Hoses and such on the engine are brand new or replaced.

Always better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Glad to hear all went well and sounds like you got a keeper. [thumbzup]
