Why not put a sleeve and a lock around the shaft on the clutch pedal so it cant be depressed? Then you cant jump start it.
Locks are only there to keep the honest people out.
Does any body know if Gulf way writes policies in New York? I do not have a garage large enough to store a deuce.

Has anyone out there installed air ride seats in a deuce? There are several on E-bay right now. They look much more comfortable than springers or even hemtt seats.
