Frame length from back of cab on M932?

I've never seen a 3" receiver. That could work. It's GVRW is 20K, hitch weight is 3150 lbs, 42' long, 13'5" high

Frame length from back of cab on M932?

Yeah, I'm trying to keep the trailer level as it sits at 13'5". I've seen the butte lake trucks and that's what I'm looking to do. Just have to find a fifth wheel hitch that I can mount inside the frame with some modification.

Frame length from back of cab on M932?

I would, but axle flips on trailers add almost 5 in. to the trailer height which will put me over 14'. I could risk it, but not worth it.

Frame length from back of cab on M932?

Thanks for the information! Basically I want to throw a Polaris 11' buggy in the back of the truck and still be able to pull the 5th wheel camper. Hoping if I remove the spare tire carrier, move the bed forward, and shorten it to the 11'....I will have enough clearance to still make turns. I'm...

    M1088A1 gooseneck idea

So I thought I was going to do this with a M931, but I changed my mind. I have a vision that I hope y'all can weigh in on its feasibility. I want to get a M1088A1, remove the spare, shorten the air intake, relocate the transmission cooler, and remove the 5th wheel plate. Then I'm going to build...

Going down on tire size on a M932A2

Thank you so much, those trucks are exactly what I need!

Going down on tire size on a M932A2

Thanks for the welcome! And yes, I'm locked in with using a fifth wheel. This trailer is a beast at 42', GVWR of 20,000 lbs, and hitch weight at 3150 lbs. Sure I can stress the heck out of a 1 Ton dually, but I prefer to go safer. I drove a M931A2 in Iraq pulling a 40' van jumping curbs in...

Going down on tire size on a M932A2

So it seems everyone wants to go up in tire size on their 5 Ton, I get it. But, I'd actually like to go backward. And I've searched for days for an answer. So my vision is to get a M932A2 to tow a 5th wheel toy hauler that sits at 13'5". Now I can get a lower profile hitch, but I still run into...
