BJ's Offroad is good. They do have some M715 stuff but its hard to find on their website. I know they started carrying 4.56 gear sets and bearings for 715 axles for a fairly reasonable price.

I would say put a modern drivetrain in it and enjoy it. It looks like you rescued it from the scrap yard and it has already been pretty hacked. I have some WC63 axles if you want but to get them disc braked and regeared is a small fortune.

If you have a title from another state you shold be ok. You won't have to have it inspected or anything, just paperwork. Of course that all depends on who you get at DMV. Good luck
