Managed 2 sessions outside today cleaning up the tree debris. Log pile in picture #2 is waiting for me to cut and stack for firewood. Thunderstorms rest of today and tomorrow. I get to take a break!
Spent half the day on errands and food shopping -so I only did one shift (1-1/2 hrs) on the tree debris. Two burn barrels filled and burned and cut up some large logs for easier moving. I should be able to get 3 shifts in tomorrow (weather permitting).

Making slow progress on clearing all the cuttings from the trees. Had 2 burn barrels delivered Tuesday to make it easier to get rid of small branches/twigs and leaves. I've been using pruners to cut the small branches to fit flat in the burn barrels. Tonight I got my wireless pruner from...
I had 2 large oak trees cut down in my yard today. I will be busy for the next week or so cutting up the limbs., and burning the small twigs and leaves. They wanted over $500 to dispose of all the tree limbs. Going to try and save the big logs to make boards and the smaller for fire wood.
The workshop sign is made out of cedar that I cut from a log into boards. I used Matt clear coat on it. I think the Gloss finish would have made it too dark!
