I am interested in talking with someone who has experience with wmo and/or wvo. I have been using both in M1009. Have had some issues, but pretty successful overall. Anyone out there?
Tell Cabell I have 2 adults, 4 kids, plus maybe 6 more adults and 6 more kids interested. We will be coming from Florence, SC. Will arrive Friday in time for supper.
Hope it is a go!
Rick
I would like to have my deuce 12v rigged. 1971 M35A2. What would the cost be? I plan to arrive early Friday am.
Also, we wanted a site with electricity. How many tents on those sites? Are all the elec sites together? We have 4 or 5 M1009s and a Deuce coming. Seems like that is too many...
No mechanical work, but did install front seat covers from Smittybuilt with molle pack system on sides and back of seats. Used velcro tape to make covers form fitted. Look great and are very functional for storage.
We will be there also. Hoping to have at least 4 MV families from Florence area. Have put the word out in Jax., Fla. also.
I would be interested in the 12v workshop for deuces.
What is the cost? Are any meals included, or is there a meal plan?
This sounds great! I am trying to organize a group from here in South Carolina's Pee Dee area ( thats Florence, Myrtle Bch, Chas. etc.) to come this year. We were at the Uwharrie Rally last year, and like that location also. Where is this farm? How far from Uwharrie, etc.?
What will the costs...
Thanks guys, I will try both of the suggestions above. Would the control card cause problems like I described or would it only make it hard to crank, but once cranked it would run fine? Also, if the fuel filter base is cracked, would the truck run OK once it is cranked?
There is some smoke while trying to crank, it tends to be bluish?, but not much. Truck will idle high after cranking, I thought b/c of holding down accelerator, then levels off but does fluctuate up and down for 20 seconds or less before smoothing out.
Truck (M1009) starts, then will die out, like it has run out of fuel. Then it is very hard to crank. I may have a relay card problem, as it is positional for the Wait light to come on. If truck is warm, less problem, but still takes alot of cranking if it has been sitting a few hours. But...
