WE use Amsoil 15-40 diesel marine oil. We use it in our diesel mercedes also. it is good for vehicles that sit alot also.

People usually do not turn them off they are trying to save fuel. The other reason they do not shut it off is the time it take to cool off the turbo. I never worry about it because I use synthetic oil in my truck. It has far more protection for the engine than petroleum oil. If you run spin...

before you sell try to find a storage place to store it. That is what we had to do for a few years. eventually we got our own place and was able to bring them home. if you really want to keep the truck it may cost a few dollars to store but it is worth it.

I have always rotated the tires in the front side to side to avoid tire problems and it makes the rear tires last longer just like a car. If you keep them rotated they will not wear as fast. They will not get as lumpy. Hope this 2 cents helps.
