Inside the Cab you can get a wrench on them, have to remove a door if you have one and just use an impact driver or an electric ratchet to remove them, I went back with some Rivenuts and button head screws.

There were holes in the floor with threaded inserts you probably have filled with bedliner or someone did. but the offset feet are what you want.
