Apply 24VDC to the clutch coil and see if it clicks in. if not it could be a bad clutch.
Check the High/Low pressure switches. Check the Temp Switch... all of these are bypassable.
Updates, the fuel mileage reduced from 13MPG to 12MPG...
The Temp on an Extreme hot day has increased 10 degrees from 180 to 190... this is with the two wire connector disconnected.
