I started down this road a long time ago. , with similar goals. So far, I have a 4bt swapped in backed by an NV4500 5 speed and NP205. That’s as far as you have gotten. I realized that stock axles and gearing would not work with highway speeds and 4bt rpm range. So I am going to swap axles...
