M925 wouldn’t start…..replaced fuel filter and hose to injection pump as a “might be this” as it’s a 1984 model and I’ve owned it for 12 years. Filter was ok, hose had a nick in it….but no leak. Pulled the primer out and found the o-rings to be brittle….swapped out the two...
Gents,
Mice have been bad this winter! Started the 925 up, turned on the heater….smelled awful (mixture of mice piss and burnt plastic).
Opened the hood up, found this (post cleaning the engine off):
Plastic from the liner had melted onto to the exhaust header…..took a bit to scrape that...
Hi Juan
Do you know how much they’re asking for the risers? Material it’s made out of? A block of aluminum to cut that profile out of (with a slot cut that might require a special tool) might make these worth the cost.
If the coolant is coming out of the heater core, likely need a recore…..its a bit pricy, but worth it for the long haul. Here’s a thread on it:

I ran into same problem, but specifically sought out a machine that could work on single phase (with slight modification). It derated it from 15HP to 10HP, but for most applications, that’s fine. A Bridgeport can be converted to single phase (change out motor or go with a rotary converter)...
That‘s probably your best option…..I couldn’t imagine what it would cost if we didn’t fix/repair/do our own maintenance. I would love to pull into Jiffy Lube and see what they’d charge for an oil/filter change on a NHC250.
Typically a .dxf will do…..but I think if you took an iPic of your Fusion 360 drawing (with dimensions) and posted in here, you’d get a bunch of ideas on how to produce what you‘re looking for. Unless you’re looking for ”close” tolerance parts (small quantity), CNC with set up time, fixtures...
Hi Guyfang
Yes, please upload the TM’s if you get a chance. I’ve got a 362A that’s “locked up”, gearbox won’t turn over when doing a ”dry” run. I set the unit aside until I could find manuals, expert “don’t do this” before giving it a run.
Thank you!
Absolutely outstanding! I don’t know if you remember me, but I came and looked at a Mule you had for sale.....but ended up selling my winch to you. I was in process on a crane rebuild....finished a couple years ago.
