    Mine had a flat panel riveted to outside. Under it was the Am General Lettering.. See if you have a raised panel with perimeter rivets.. I drilled em out and the panel came off..

    Fake news, they run hot enough without blockage.. But in retrospect Ive been running mine with Armored grill with not a problem. Good Luck
