Yes, it runs like a champ. Idle adjusts fine, and holds steady. Responds to load and holds firm. ( No RPM roll)
I'm not sure why the originals were plastic ( Maybe so you could pop off and on linkage easily ??)
Maybe greater minds than mine have an answerer.

Thanks for the reply, The Low profile tanks have Quad baffles( Front Back , Left & right) but your right this is for back up generator reserves, not frequent road use.

Well, I finally got my pod, and mounted it.
For the man hole I got a sheet of viton for the hatch.
My question is for the cork gasket, can I coat it with permatex? Is there a specific type that fares well in diesel.

I finally got my fuel pod, so my next task is to address the brakes.
I was thinking of removing the lunett, and putting this surge brake assembly on.

The (2) tanks that were for auction @ Gov/Liq here in AZ went for $1500.00 per Tank!
To me, and Looking back at past bids, that was crazy. Someone really wanted them.
Needles to say I'm tank-less for now.
