They have 3 groves cut across the head making them look almost like a castle nut. Are these anything special? Grade" etc? Asking for a friend who...

Just purchased a 1998 S&S LMTV M1078 and the radiator had been removed. I need to locate a replacement. Is the radiator specific for the vehicle or is there an off the shelf option? New to this so any advice is appreciated Thank you!
