I totally removed the GP card and put in a push button. To remove that theory. I dont hear the glow plug solenoid clicking when the lights dim. Only time it clicks is when I push the button to cycle glow plubs.Haven't had time yet to check the grounds to those relays beside the Doghead relay...

The 2 relays next to the Doghead relay. One is "bouncing". Everytime the relay clicks all running lights dim on the truck. The circuit bounce is most of the time fairly fast like holding a ping pong ball close to a table. The lights dim and brighten to the clicking of the relay. Any ideas?

I have to go and pick up some alligator clip test leads this week to see if it is my glow plugs coming on and off. I will try and make a video with my gopro and hopefully yall can here the sound over the engine. Also how would I test the wires to see if they are broken isn't it called ohms...

also to add that sometimes when the lights dim too the sound of the solenoid is very similar to like if you were to bounce a ping pong ball and then hold it close to the surface that you bounced it making a really fast noise.

ok i checked the fuse the 30 amps fuse looks fine but mine is mid way up on the left not right. for hooking up a meter i could use alligator clips to see while driving which post would i stick the negative and positive to.

No it does not, but i thought that after your "WAIT" light went out and the truck is running the glow plugs come back on for a few seconds to help with warming up the engine and it does not make the light come on. I have also tried another glow plug control module that is in a friends truck...

Ok will try that. Also if I take a 3 foot pry bar and jack the wheel up should I be able to feel any play in the kingpin if bushing is bad like a bad ball joint would.

I have a 4" lift on my m1008 been running 33 duratracs with no DW problems. I came across some Humvee 37s and put them on the truck and now cant go over 35mph without extreme DW. Im thinking its the kingpins. But I don't know why I never had any DW with the 33s. Has anyone else run into this...

ya for sure. That forklift is ok but its so old has no brakes. Have to bleed power steering every time you let it sit for a month. But for sure a labor saver.

Ha ya I am going to put a cage in mine. I think he is too. Those cabs don't hold up very well crushed em both flat. His totally flipped and landed back on the wheels. Mine slid on the roof about 30ft down the road. I will put up another video of the two cabs when we haul them to the scrap yard.
