You have the correct filter for you primary, Have some one crank the truck while you break the injector lines loose. If you have no fuel comming out of the lines then its an issue with the injection pump, if you have fuel with bubble in it it is an air intrusion from one of the fuel lines. Look...
in my haste to take a picture i did swap the two parts by accident, but with the pack assembled in the correct way it still has the issue. just building the air valve assembly, i tested it with compressed air, moving the brass piston upwards to open the check valve.
Thank you for the pics, im fixing to re pull my air pack, break it back down and tack pictures of how i have it assmbled. i am really confursed on this one.
I dont mean mean to sound stupid, but on the short style pack like i have i have not seen a plug any hwere on it. I know there is one on the long style, just not on the short.
