    Question re: Half Shaft install

You need to push the half shaft straight down on itself to compress it. Then slip the flange end onto the rotor. I'm not sure but there maybe a difference between the opening diameter on the rotor flange and the half shaft depending on whether it's a 12" vented or non vented rotor. Get the same...

    6.5L Idle

Bring it up to operating temperature... On top of the injector pump there are two Packard plug in connectors, one to the front and one to the rear. Pull the rear one and adjust idle. Once set to where you want it, reconnect the rear Packard plug in (I can't remember the wire number).

    Heater issues and TM pages

Look at NAPA's website and look for flexible heater tube/hose. I think I paid like 5 or 6 bucks for a 40" section.

    Heater issues and TM pages

You are missing the flexible crossover tube that brings the air over... 2" ID I think but measure first. NAPA has the exact flexible tubing for very little. My push pulls were stiff as well. I took them out and lubricated the inside. Also lubricate the levers that they actuate, especially the...

    Brake light trouble.

The switch mount is slotted... Use the ohm meter set to beep. Adjust it so it beeps with minimal pedal movement.

    Airlift Bumper question

If I add an airlift bumper to my M1123 do I need the pintle extension bracket or is that for a different application? With an airlift bumper it looks like the pintle attaches to to the bumper with the reinforcement plate. Thanks.
