Any auto parts store. Tell them you want a thermostat wiring harness for an electric fan.

Look up ford windstar electric fans. Igot mine from a junk yard for $14, + $35 for a thermostat control wiring harness. There are some great writeups on it.

After, following every wire, it turned out to be the battery to frame ground. It felt solid but was only slightly corroded under the cover. I put on a new end and problem solved. pm me a good number and I'll talk you through the trouble shooting if you still need help.
