Thank you to everyone that has made this day possible! Here's some pictures of some of the work I did today on my M1165A1. Have a great day!

That's what I was hoping to hear. I'm going to go with Kentucky. Their sales guy Adam was very helpful with my last order.

Thanks for the input. I talked to Adam at sales for western Kentucky Surplus and he has new doors for around $4000 + shipping. Does anyone have experience with these repop WKS...
Has anyone ever heard of these people? Or live in Florida. They have two adds for sets of X doors on eBay, and I've also seen them list the same doors on Facebook. I always thought they were a scam because they don't have many reviews. Also, I'm way too far away from them to go and see the doors...
[emoji38] I've done it before, with high-end musclecars. I build/restore old vehicles for a business. There is no tar or lead on quality jobs. I could pay someone to do it, but I enjoy the work that goes into it.

I'm working with a company here in california that makes cores. They are a nationwide company. The acid is actually too clean radiator core. That is not necessary if the core is replaced. The method is to remove the bottom and top cap media blast them, solder them to the core, pressure test...
Has anyone on here attempted this? Local radiator shop wants Is an arm and a leg to replace it. I think it's something within my wheelhouse. It's literally just removing old core without destroying caps. Then soldering it all together.

If your radiator and condenser are out of the way, you can climb up there and pull it out. That's what I did. It is awkward and heavy but small movement front to back and it will come right out. Or you could use the eyebolt with an engine hoist.

I'm thinking about bidding on this. Tell me what you think.
