We also replaced the military batteries with commercial batteries from NAPA. Our local NAPA store gave the fire department a pretty good deal. Very pleased with the batteries as well as the Kussmaul charging system... batteries always ready to go!

We got our six wheel covers in and installed. Four of the six were perfect and installed without any modification. All six of our wheels had the same CTIS hose patterns... but two of the wheel covers were cut/stamped different that the four that fit the wheels. Go figure!!

We got ours from NAPA also... for about the same price. They are the same size as the MIL batteries and fit snug. Did not have to make any spacers. Battery posts are in the same location, so all the cables fit perfectly.

Lock Experts.... some assistance please. I took our M1083A passenger door apart today to get to the door handle lock. All the posts seem to indicate I needed the code from the back side of the lock assembly. We are in need of keys for our doors, so we don't lock ourselves out of the truck. Some...
