What about bolts and flange gaskets, do they usually survive or should I grab replacements as well? I'm actually tempted to have an exhaust shop do it in stainless, I can't believe how quickly it rusted away. Thanks

So yet another victim of NJ winter salt. My exhaust crossover is rusted through. What parts usually need replacing along with it(bolts, gaskets, etc)? Also what's the consensus on the cheapest replacement crossover pipe that's not complete garbage? Thanks, Michael

Eh, so far anything I needed to do was easily accessible... Getting bolts loose may be an issue, but at least I could get to them easy.

I was actually thinking an access hole would be perfect, but before I saw your response I actually got 2 of the 3 fittings on the tee to come off. The last one I will remove when I get the line out. Right now in fighting with the caliper to get it out of the truck. Who the hell designed this...

A little over a year ago I bought a 4 door conversion straight from Breton. Now 3 of the 4 tie downs for the rear flap had the spring fail and can't be tightened. Has anyone else experienced this? Seems pretty bad quality for military use parts. Michael

Yeah, I figured as much. They are cheap enough, I just thought it might be a quick fix to swap out some bearings and whatever else. So I noticed that there's a newer style pump that doesn't have the reservoir on it. Is there any reason to switch to that one? Mike

Eliminating issues and I think my power steering pump is on its way out. Are there any rebuild kits or a list of parts to rebuild this thing? Thanks, Mike

All great ideas I will try, but what about killing and cleaning the existing mildew? Will a solution of water and bleach ruin the color of the seats? Anyone have a favorite non bleach mold and mildew killer? Thanks, Mike
