M101A2 Brake parts and part numbers here

Sure they are on here but searching for “m101a2 brake parts“ turns up a bunch of posts that are very verbose and not concise. Plus, most posts point to etrailer or some other over priced site for parts. It's just a trailer, not a palace on wheels. I'll take the low cost parts.

M101A2 Brake parts and part numbers here

Since I couldn't find the information here I thought I would share what I found out to work. For the surge brake master cylinder use Dorman part number M2796. ABOUT $41 on Amazon. For the flex line running from the frame to the rear axle use Dorman part number H36965. About $13 on Amazon. For...

    Show Me Your Campers!

And here is the completed project. What I don't mention in the video is that a bought a twin bed sized mosquito net that I hung from the inside steel frame via magnets so that I could open the back flap entirely and still be bug free. https://youtu.be/wjo8WQ6u-EQ

    Show Me Your Campers!

****, I just got to reviewing my thread on the camper build and realized that I never posted the entire series. Here I start making the pattern for the canvas for the camper: https://youtu.be/Bp_3gWmpfwo

    Show Me Your Campers!

The very last part of the "hinges/crossmember" video gives you an idea what it will look like in the open position.

    Show Me Your Campers!

My camper project I am heading out west for a month this summer and wanted to do two things. Remove the original m101a2 top and bows to reduce the "barn side" wind resistance when towing behind my jeep, and to be comforatable and bug free when sleeping in it. I decided to build a 1/2 A-Frame...

I used wd40 on mine. Was ok after that.

    M101A3 - cargo anchor install

On my 101 the first safety chain link, closest to the trailer frame, is oversized. I just take the other end of the chain and hook it in that first oversized link. It fits great and the chains are hung nicely out of the way. My 2 cents.

More specifically, the second jump is broke. The link you gave works, but the next link to the classified is broke. Sorry, I should have been more specific. I thought everyone could read my mind.....

Got the holder, now I need a good can. How much for 2 of them?

    M101 frame numbers?

Should be stamped on a black plate somewhere on either side of the tongue.

Yes, you are right. The vin is something like "3466 USAF 90k65". For the Virginia Title I used just the first 4 digits (3466). I am over on the Stencils site now, ordering the ones I need to get it back "proper".

Hey "Recovry4x4", I hate to break this to you, but in your Avatar picture, one of your trucks is trying to "mate" with the other one. You might want to think about getting him "neutered" rofl That is, unless you want more camo things hanging out at your place... Oh wait, that is what we ALL...
