The WWII ring design is very different from the later M66 design, so dimensions are not likely to be similar. Can you please ask again what you need?

Yes, two-piece telescoping; larger diameter for the lower pieces. I use 3/4” military tow bar pins. If you look at the first drawing in post #123, you can see on the left side sketches for both the top and bottom pieces for one leg.
