These trucks are not intended or designed to run the speeds you desire. 70+ mph is beyond the speed ratings for 14.00 and taller tires. One must choose between high speed and off road capability. The two simply don't go hand in hand. Please place safety above all else.

It depends on how dead the batteries are. If they are just low, you may be ok. I know of several examples of alternators being fried due to batteries being totally dead, vehicle being slave started. Having a spare set (likely to be 4 batteries) fully charged would be your best bet.
Yep. Windows down, heater on high. The best time to memorize the trails was when the trees had no leaves. Back in our mud hey-days, we always went guttin' any time it rained. That Georgia red clay gets a special kind of slick when it's wet. And it stains the bejeezus out of clothing.
I have extensive experience in clearing tree stumps. Heavy equipment or a stump grinder are the only way to go. I know there are isolated circumstances where they can be pulled (I admit to pulling a couple myself) but it seems as though stumps are way tougher than they appear. Save the chains...
