Sounds like my kind of place! I chain my front wheels up when there is the slightest bit of ice. I have had a "runaway" experience with one of my trucks on ice going down hill a few years back. I was picking up speed till I hit a snow bank and stopped me. Nice photos!
Your talking about a A2 right? I have 2 M923A2's and love my ability to lower the air pressure on the go. I've had no leak downs while the trucks set. I lower my air pressure when I'm on rough roads or when I'm off road in deep snow.

Did you see any cracking or dry rot? Also was there any rust on the cyclinder? I think I have one pod leaking. I try to drain the tanks every use but I think water still gets in the system.
I wish I had something good to write about my M931. Still haing problems with fuel starvation!! List of things checked::
