    Alternator upgrading

I got a pile of LDT/LDS alternator brackets if you need one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Dual Circuit Brake Engineering Thread

It CAN be made with a water jet or laser or plasma cam in pieces, then figure out how to assemble it all together as a weldment. It would be a G-code nightmare for CNC and casting wouldn’t be cheap or easy either. I’m thinking if I can’t get my hands on one of these brackets I will use the 3D...

    Dual Circuit Brake Engineering Thread

It’s on grabcad. Just set up a profile with them and download it. If not I can send it to you tomorrow when I’m at work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Dual Circuit Brake Engineering Thread

Much easier to do if you got fab skills and abilities. Unless you have access to CNC equipment or people that can cast it for you. Not cheap if you have to hire someone!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Dual Circuit Brake Engineering Thread

Not strong enough with the material I used as it limits the “infill” to save on filament. I’ve never done stress analysis on PLA filament, which is what this printer uses. I doubt using solid fill would be strong enough. Although this gives someone a working model to make a jig to make their own...

I 3D printed Peashooter’s model today. Had to give my new printer a test drive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

HF54 power steering for my M35A2

For sure. My wife said she is gonna bury me in it. Now to find someone who will have an excavator big enough to dig the hole. Unless I trust my sons to take the reigns...and give it the love it deserves. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

HF54 power steering for my M35A2

Do you have access to CAD software? Or know someone who does? I do have a drawing in AutoCAD which you can print out as a full scale template for drilling. If not, I can convert it to PDF with dimensions. If I recall my template was only for the box mounting and the sector shaft hole, not for...

DEUCE BRAKE LINE REFERENCE GUIDE (Sizes, lengths, fittings)

Ok, I see it now. No need for the stamped single circuit A2 PTO lever bracket. Thank you! Excuse the ugly sketch!

DEUCE BRAKE LINE REFERENCE GUIDE (Sizes, lengths, fittings)

Peashooter, How does the W/W deuce winch lever bracket bolt up to the dual circuit M/C bracket? Is there an additional bracket to hold it? The single circuit M/C itself has holes drilled and tapped in the side to bolt the bracket on, and I don't see where the 2 bolts needed for the winch...

HF54 power steering for my M35A2

Haha!!! Yeah one of the reasons why I did it too, but then I went the other way, 395’s down to 1100’s. You need a come-a-long to move those 395s at a dead stop! Power steering is still great, even with 900’s I’m sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do to your deuce this week?

When I let off the accelerator, my tach bounces. If I’m maintaining speed or accelerating, mine stays put at the correct RPM. My speedo used to bounce no matter what I did. I even pulled the cable off the back of the speedometer, filled it with brake cleaner, while driving to get all the crud...

HF54 power steering for my M35A2

Took her for a decent drive through town and on the highway. Cooler dropped the temp approximately 15 degrees. It’s about 85 here today. Not bad, but I didn’t really need to cool it much anyways. But no more leaks. Horn intermittently chirps when steering slowly though. Something else to check...

HF54 power steering for my M35A2

Decided to add a cooler. During my original install, I removed and repositioned my return line. I’m doing so, I never replaced the o-ring in the fitting, which developed a small leak. I never liked how my return line turned out anyways. Although my temps weren’t that hot (180 degrees F on a hot...

DEUCE BRAKE LINE REFERENCE GUIDE (Sizes, lengths, fittings)

I don’t have access to SW. just autodesk suite. You don’t happen to have any cad files in Autodesk do you? I have access to a 5 axis CNC but it would be easier to cast or build piece by piece, but even that would be tough to get it exactly right. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do to your deuce this week?

They're pretty rare. They would be tough to find as those vehicles are LONG out of production, and they were an oddball in the first place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Those were the guys I got a quote from. It was like $200+ per wheel at the time. Replacing all 11 plus tires was gonna be a bit much! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That's the beauty of the 22.5, tubeless, solid wheels. There's gonna be a lot of surplus trailers without tires LOL! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
