Putting together a 80mph speedo kit.

I only paid 180 for the complete dash. I needed the fuel guage anyways for my m1123. The most expensive was the harness

Putting together a 80mph speedo kit.

Its number 10. That must be for the heater and it is a resistor board like you said. Weird that it's part of the speedo kit. Now just to find the backordered #7 speedo sender unit. I'm also trying to figure out where the 2 y taps go. I know one is for power, and i assume the other is for...

Putting together a 80mph speedo kit.

I've slowly got almost all the pieces for a 80mph electronic speedo conversion. Have everything except transfer case electronic sender and what looks like a diode board. Has anyone installed the kit? And is the diode board necessary? I can't even find a PDF of the installation instructions from...

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

I am going to try the GM stop leak tabs first because its such a small hole. But at least the bolts underneath the fan shroud are access able to remove the radiator without pulling the fan shroud out, not like on my M1123.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

This is the heaviest brush guard made for HMMWV's. I have the other two that were made and this by far needs every bolt that you can attach to bracket. I used my forklift to hold it in place while measuring where the brackets needed holes to be redrilled. You can actually stand on this brush...

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

I used the brackets that came with the grill but had to redrill the holes in the plates. You lose the d-ring tie down on the front.

Tearing out the radiator after finishing slant back conversion on my 1152. Gotta love finding a pinhole leak after the madien voyage.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

I put a few washers behind the left mounting bolts to compensate for the flap. I've seen them both ways.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

Rhino tire carrier installed. Just need to find a wrench to mount where it's missing. And a 24 bolt rim to match the others.

    Rhino lift tire carrier.

Those were 2009 prices! You have to calculate in covid inflation. Lol.

    Rhino lift tire carrier.

I did find this, which helped me with part numbers.

    Rhino lift tire carrier.

That's even a better deal than mine! It's always hit or miss with deals with parts. Just have to be ready when they pop up. I ordered the part off eBay but it says you have to modify something for it to work. How'd yours install?

    Rhino lift tire carrier.

I drove from NW Indiana to Cincinnati, OH to pick up, so add gas too.
