What is the deal with GL removing data plates?

I wonder if the Idiots at GL are doing this to try to limit their liability. That way they can say they sold scrap instead of a vehicle that can be licensed in case of a court case.

What is the deal with GL removing data plates?

It just seems a little suspicious that they had all of the info and vin number for there ad yet no where on the trailer is that info now. Plus the rivets had not been drill very long ago. Besides the fact that this is a standard civilian trailer why would the military remove a plate from that?

What is the deal with GL removing data plates?

What is the deal with GL removing data plates? I purchased a drop deck trailer from them and after I got it home I noticed all four rivets drilled and no data plate. Why would these idiots do that? Now I have no specs for scales or vin number.

    road speed on a mk48

Try bumping the pressure to 100 psi all the way around. I am running 4new tires on the power unit and 100 psi on all tires and she runs nice and smooth. With the old tires and lower pressure on the power unit she shook and hoped all over the place. Ryan

    Mk48 Death Hop?

Mine used to have the death wobble / hop. I just put 4 brand new tires on the power unit and now she runs as smooth as a 50,000 lb truck can ride. Also a friend who has many miles driving LVS's in the Marines told me to run 100 psi in all tires. Ryan

She is looking good! It looks like you have a few extra brackets to grind off the back and the side. I would get some primer on that thing ASAP before you start getting any surface rust. Ryan
