I had the same problem with my Deuce several years ago. Follow Gimpys advice and check the connection to the exciter wire that goes under the small cover on top of the generator. If it is bad the generator will not charge.

I managed to save a sling load hook from a Huey off of a range not too long ago. It had never been used and now resides in my "man cave" Unless someone out there needs it.

Yes I got a whistler turbo. The install was not too bad, I just had to scrounge up some parts that did not come with the "clean air" kit. I bought the turbo and clean air kit from Boyce Equipment. I REALLY look forward to buying from them again.

I am in the process of installing a clean air kit and turbo to my N/A deuce. The kit I bought did not come with a set of instructions, and I have searched and searched, but I have been unable to locate a set. Anybody out there got a set or have any advice?
