    CCKW/G506 data plates

What would a telephone earth boring truck be worth if you could find one in decent shape? I was looking through some of my grandfather's WW2 pictures and look what I found at the bottom of this pic. I believe it was taken on Mactan Island, Philippines.

I have lived in the country and had to move to the city when I left home at 18. Very much miss living away from town and if the opportunity presents itself, I will move out of town. Did the 40 mile each way commute for 5 years. It does get old, but you can adjust to it. Sometimes the drive is...

    1952 M135 W/Winch

The garage dimensions are 25ft wide, 35 feet deep and the ceiling is 10.5 feet tall. The garage doors are each 10 wide and 9.5 tall. I'm not certain on the price of the doors since it was lumped in with the total cost of the garage. They are insulated since I am climate controlling. Lumber...

    1952 M135 W/Winch

It's been a while since an update. Not a lot of progress on the M135, but I got tired of fighting weather and not having a good place to work on it. I decided to fix that and build a proper place to work on things. The garage/shop is built and I had it made big enough to get the M135's in. I'm...

I'm planning to get up to Montana/Idaho later this summer to see Ben and Merle. Our southern border is wide open to anyone who wants in, but I think our northern border is still locked down. Not sure how we go about getting things across yet. I'll bring a passport incase things open up when I...

Are all of those engines on metal frames? I'd be interested in some of the frames to put engines on, so don't scrap them.

    1952 M135 W/Winch

I have halted on all truck work until warmer weather returns. Christmas came early this year though. 1944MB and m1010plowboy worked together to find and deliver the parts I needed. A big "Thank You!" to both of you.

M135 from Salmon, Idaho, continued under new ownership!

I have a new master cylinder part number that I have not added to the parts list yet. It is O'Reilly number NMC11251 and is very reasonably priced. It appears to have the same specs as the Napa number we have on the list. If you decide to get it, you might take that extension with you and make...

With your brakes locking up like that, you need to check your master cylinder spring. If it has this check valve on it, you have a problem. The check valve is in the Airpak and should not be in the master cylinder.

M135 from Salmon, Idaho, continued under new ownership!

Welcome to the forum. That's great you got the truck up and running! Definitely looking forward to seeing pictures and YouTube videos of the truck running and driving. Vintage Wiring of Maine can build new wire harness for these trucks. I will probably be ordering from them soon as well...
