Seeking Tech Manual for Nordic Air 18,000 BTUH 3 Phase ECU 567-00001

The 3/4 ton (9,000 btu) unit has the wire diagram inside the unit. If you remove the outer aluminum skin it should be posted underneath it

Seeking Tech Manual for Nordic Air 18,000 BTUH 3 Phase ECU 567-00001

I have manuals for the Nordic Air 1.5 ton (18,000 btu), 3 ton (36,000 btu), and 10 ton (120,000 btu). Lots of parts too. I've gotten pretty good at fixing these units and have about 12 of them fully functional with half of them ones I filled r-22 back in because they were drained. Feel free to...

    803A on 3 phase

Which is why I'm not posting it publicly, and if I did post it and if they had an issue with it, they would just request it taken down. I'm sure they have more important things to do than to harass 2 guys trading manuals to obsolete air conditioners that they sell for $300

    803A on 3 phase

I think I've heard that they weren't given the ok for public release, much like the 7 ton trucks. I could be wrong though

    Hydraulic requirements for crane.

You'll need the pto, reservoir, controls and everything else the m1089 had. Your best bet is to get a parts truck

No start (fixed) - Charging System light on

Removing the spare tire, or at least lowering it gives you decent access. I think I had to remove a part of the air intake too. I had one go out on a truck and you can test it easily. It's been a while but there are 4 posts, 24v going in and out, and 12v in and out. test with a multimeter

No start (fixed) - Charging System light on

To be more specific, I believe it's under the air/hydraulic power pack.

No start (fixed) - Charging System light on

Check the anti polarity reversal box, it's under the spare tire carrier. follow the battery cables from the battery box and it goes there before going to the rest of the truck

    MTV Engine and transmission swap

I've pulled axel shafts out of semis and they are way bigger, granted they're semi trucks, but the axel shafts from a lmtv look slightly bigger than a pickup... The pumpkins look equal to a mid size truck so I'd think they would be ok but the axels would twist in half

    MTV Engine and transmission swap

Has this been done before? The axels that go to the spider gears aren't that big, but the 2:1 halves the torque going through it. Would it not be a weak spot if you got rid of the gears?

    MTV Engine and transmission swap

Just a test fit and there's definitely enough room for a floor mounted clutch pedal

What have you done to your FMTV or LMTV today

Went down to Albany the other day to pick up some tires. I'm running 2004 tires so it's about time to swap them out. Upon loading 9,000 pounds of tires the 1084 it blew out it's exhaust manifold/turbo gasket and it felt like I lost 100 hp. It crawled back home with barely any power and...
