    I figured these were meant for the fmtv's but Is there a "correct" spot to mount it on the Deuce?? I was just going to modify the bracket and try to mount it between the center windshield frame.

    Got my first generator right after hurricane Andrew ( Coleman 4kw ) from there I bought a 003A to which in 13yrs ( since Andrew ) I never had to use either, so when I moved out of Fla in 2005 I sold it to a buddy. After moving here to Ga I felt naked without one so I bought another 003A (W/ASK)...

    House Voltage... Does it really matter?

    My battery back up on my TV will start beeping when my genset drops to 117volts but not the one on my computer ( 2 different brands ). If I keep it at 119v or above everything is fine???

    17-21 inches is the range a engine vacuum should be in. I got a steady 20inches vacuum ( at sea level ) after re-setting tappets and adjusting carb idle/air screw. I also adjusted my timing with a vacuum gauge which ended up being about 3-4 degrees BTDC ( again sea level ). One of the Change...

    NamVet You could have a point. Like you said each vehicle is different my rebuilt 230 ran much better at at the wider settings.

    I reset mine from the OLD settings to the updated ones and the flutter I had on my vacuum gauge went away. I also had no tapping and more power As I have read, the military went to the new clearances after getting a lot of vehicles with burnt valves.
