    Go the the plumbing section of any big box or hardware store and tell them you need a 1 1/4" o-ring for a p-trap ( or drain tube ) Slip joint. Heck they only make two sizes ( 1 1/4" & 1 1/2" ).

    DITTO Back when I was installing my remote reservoir I bought two of these o-rings at the hardware store and put one in a container of silicone brake fluid for 3 months just to make sure it was compatable, the other one been on my deuce master cyl cap for years now.

    Might be able to find them on the net, try doing a search for Spring washers, Wavy or Wave washers ( heck check CJ-5 parts ).These wave washer provides slight back pressure usually just to keep things from rattling ( I have one on my Deuce hood support rod )

    If your deuce is from Michigan than everywhere road salt can get into ( ask how I know ) but normal rust out areas are both driver and passenger lower door sills ( see pic's ), lower cowl ( below the side vents ) upper cowl where west coast mirrors mount.

    Yes which is ( usually ) marketed as WWII semi-gloss being ( I've read ) the army started using it about 1944.

    The original color from the factory was a WWII semi-gloss which no paint vender has yet to duplicate correctly., Somewhere around 1954-55 the army went to 24087 which is what you'll find on 99% of all M-37's weather its the top coat or one of the colors underneath.
