That is small, compared to the M934 ;) If I could swing $15k i'd buy it. Any smaller and I wouldn't be able to stand up. Get a Hummer H1 and pitch a tent. Or custom fab a shell for a H1.

The disadvantage over some of the Torsen designs/versions is when driving on slippery (icy) surfaces. With an open diff, you would be much less likely to swap ends or have the rear slide out or slide down the crown of the road from both wheels slipping when applying power. I think the Military...

Bummer. It sounds like the bearing locked with the output shaft. Is that what you mean or could the shaft rotate freely? From the pictures, it looks good. No sign of wear on the gears.

Being unfamiliar driving these trucks I don't get how they can roll while driving as the video says. How are these trucks rolling over? Does the truck go in a skid sideways and once sideways enough it rolls over?

At 300F, you are knocking on the door of breaking down pure synthetic oil. Regular oil won't withstand that temperature.
