    Mule Wide Tires

What size are the factory ones? Funny you posted the pic of 26x12x12 in the bed because that was going to be a suggestion. Are the original wheels bolt together? What is the bolt pattern?

    Flat tire

The key to the above statements is "low air" it is quite true that 16.5 dont work on low airpressure with out the RF or pvc. The black wheel is the hummer wheel. From a mounting perspective they are exactly the same. With out a run flat they can even be changed the conventional way without...

    Flat tire

I will post some pics later of a hummer wheel and a civi wheel and you can see if there is a difference. 16.5 rim size came into vouge in the early 70s late 60s when campers in the back of pickups became all the rage. The .5 indicated a tapered bead. It helps a tubeless tire to hold for more...

    Mule Wide Tires

Cant rember.. mule run 1100x18? If so a 12.5/80x18 would fit the wheel probably be close in size but lots more traction. Why wider? Driving on lawn? Extream offroading? Post a pic of tire and wheel

    Tires

Bfg is owned by Michelin. A 235 is roughly 31.5"od and a 255 is roughly 33" od. Both are designed to run on stock width wheels for dually application. Eveyone seems to have thier farorite flavor of tire but I would second the load range E recomendation. Anytime you run a tire at less than max...

Depending on where you live/work will be the determi ing factor. Many here on the left coast need to take a few hints from those in hurricane country and at least have a min of prepardness. Food water batteries and a plan.

From what ive heard about the plan all assets will be coming from the east side since the west side will be leveled. I was told to think of 5-6 min of continious shaking with a short brake and several aftershocks at magnitude 8 or up. Not a lot is gona survive that. Perhaps they are thinking...

    Flat tire

Ive never run with pvc but know people that do. They balance better and are easier to take in and out. I have run them with nothing in them. Its just like a standard 16.5tubeless wheel at that point.

Got my 16.5 rims from boyce equipment for my m37

The dot certification stamp is almost always on the rim base. In 90%+ of the cases wheel bases are made first then a center disk is welded in. The certification is the pressure vessel for both the tire and wheel. Some laws are different state to state but dot certification is federal not state...

Got my 16.5 rims from boyce equipment for my m37

If trail ready supplies ready to weld in cente rs thats one thing... may be easier or cheaper to order and glue in yourself $200a wheel one offset may not work for everyone. My only point being IF thier current offering doesnt work for you what you do want/need should be easy to obtain. 2c

    20 Inch deuce tires for a m37

The easies route to do this would be to get a hold of 20" container chassis wheels because they have no center and are dot certified. Anyone with a plasma burn table should be able to burn you out the centers you need. You may need to do the welding up yourself as many outfits dont want the...

Got my 16.5 rims from boyce equipment for my m37

Anyone with a decent plasma table could burn out centers for hummer wheels. There are several outfits that will supply you if you give them the proper dimensions or give them a wheel to copy. It is perfectly dot legal to re center a wheel but many wont do the work due to liability. Only the rime...
