Try driving it more. Sometimes they just don’t like to sit.

Wrap chain through the rim holes and hook back to itself. Air remote and be done. Chain looped through each hole will more than restrain it

You are correct. If the spreaders are missing you can weave 550 cord back and forth.

Lots of parts were already missing. It was nothing but window dressing.

This is one that I’m parting out. It was used in some TWD spin-off episodes. I don’t really know the program. Anyways, the show color (black) looks good from 50’. Up close there was no care given to masking or paint quality. My point is, that one looks like someone spent a little time masking...

There is a lot of documentation that show that meeting the details of the contract is equivalent to the FMVSS. I don’t have it handy but it’s out there.

I can’t help you, but I brought a set back to SmokinYoda on my roof rack. Never knew they were there. Maybe this will help someone decide.
