Hi Kenny
I have some other pictures of Bjorn's truck. I think they are from a meeting somewere. Do you want them? This post contains the two types of Deuce I like most. The flat bed crane truck(I have to build one) and the top of the list M756. I am in love with M756s. So it is nice that now I...
My american friends find it difficult to speek Greek and they make mistakes that make us laugh. I can only imagine how poor my Englich are and I think I make you laugh too. But even we speak different languages we have too many things in common and we understand each other. I 'll post something...
Looked at V17. Every axle has vents on differential inspection covers. No vents on axle tubs. Also my M35 has the same arangement on the two axles. The third has no vents at all and has seal isues. I have to fix it.
When I started this I couldn't hoppe that I was about to learn so many interesting things. In the begining my
main fear was that the exesive use of the exhaust brake would harm the propeler shafts or something else in the drive train. I also thought that the butterfly could melt. This is a bit...
[color=#ffff00>I][/b] to repeat it here because I was so pleased with the exhaust brake that I want to tell it to others. It isn't something new. It was there since I bought the truck and it is a part of the Greek army convertion which made old gassers to Steyr Diesels. The new thing is that...
I came back from a ski weekend with my M35 and my camper loaded on it. A 250 mille round trip on a road which started at 1950 ft, crosed a 6000ft mountain pasage then a low valley and ended on a 7285ft mountain top. There was some snow but nothing much for a Deuce. They use salt on the road so...
Early Deuces have their lights on panels that can be inverted and are attached with rubber mountings. This was because trucks wow had the headlights lower than those ww. The late Deuces have fixed panels and the headlights go up were are fine with or without winch. When you invert the old panels...
Steelsoldiers. It is a very nice truck and can go allmost everywere. I hope you enjoy it. Is this a gas truck? Last year I was about to buy a gas 404 Radio truck but I didn't made it. Now I have to rebuild my sorry looking 411 diesel. Unimogs are very common and VERY chip in Greece.
All the family saw the pictures. They are great. Now I am ordered to get the truck ready for snow adventure. We are going for ski this weekend. Any sugestions for the tire presure on icy roads? I like my Deuce as a ten wheeler but now I am afraid that I have to pay the price. I would also like...
I post a pic of a Deuce on supersingles. I don't know anything exeprt that it is a Duch truck and I wish I had one too.
If you look at Dakar 2005 you will see that supersingles is the only choice but I personally think Deuce is a ten wheel truck. My M35 was M34 when I bought it.

I wanted a low air light and a swich to change from sound to light warning. I also had to find were to put a swich and an indicating light for my ultra red lamp. And some gauges too. All that without permanent changes. So I made a new panel which bolts on existing holes under the steering...
Here in Greece cj7's were factory fitted with Isuzu 4cyl diesels. Also Mahindra, a company in India makes a replica cj3 and cj5 wich is powered by a Peugeot-Ford engine. I have a M38A1 were I use the above engine. It is not fast but it has an outstanding offroad performance.
Three houres left here for the new year.
The best wishes for 2005 to all of you.
And a pic of my M37 B1.
