    Believe it or not I used one of my hands to compress the plunger spring and the other to carefully install both valve locks.

    Halleluiah and Yee Haw! Fixed the hydraulic head on my deuce yesterday and she's running great. The button, button spring retainer and one valve lock had come loose. Fortunately there were no broken parts and I did not have to lap the plunger or the hole because the plunger was moving freely...

    Injector Pump failure?

    My deuce is not getting fuel to the injectors. I removed the screw in the top center of the hydraulic head. Fuel does pour out good so I believe the filters are good. I am concerned about the hydraulic head plunger. It only moves about 1/8" to maybe 1/4" total. Is that enough movement?
