    Universal electric wipers, modify?

So I have these universal wipers on my truck. They've been on there since Feb 2013. They were sold as 12v. Although I've see. Them in 6v and 24v. I am powering them with 12v Yet, I think they're too slow. And they don't travel as far as I want them to. I believe I saw here where someone had...

Copper air lines, fittings and flares?

Thanks Tom!! That hit the nail on the head! I tried searching for the NSNs and corresponding "part numbers" but I found nothing. I think that I will try to convert over to more common NPT or JIC.

Copper air lines, fittings and flares?

Thanks doghead. Which TM would that be listed in? I don't frequent the TMs enough to readily identify which TM is used to identify copper flare fittings. I was hoping to post here to get some better direction other than "search Google". I thought there were experts here who could recite this...

Copper air lines, fittings and flares?

Well, I don't need to plug it, I'd like to fix it. But that gives me a little to go on. Anyone know more? I know it's not NPT...

Copper air lines, fittings and flares?

Hey guys, I have accidentally damaged my horn copper tube. I tried to find a cap or plug for the line, but nothing I had fit the point where the air tee'd off from the firewall. Also on the other end, that connects to the horn, I couldn't identify the fitting/flare there. What size is the tube...

Awesome! That looks great! Thank you very much. That's exactly what I wanted to see!

Can MRAP wheels be mounted "deep dish" style without flipping hubs?

I have searched, found much useful information regarding the wheels, adaptors and vehicle dynamics. I understand vehicle track. But don't care about it much. As implied by my post, I like the LOOK. If it doesn't harm the truck, and doesn't make it unsafe to drive, I would like the look of the...

Can MRAP wheels be mounted "deep dish" style without flipping hubs?

Just curious. Bought a set of MRAP wheels and adaptors...I just wonder if you can mount them without flipping the hubs in the rear. I like the dishes look. I've never seen anyone do it that way before.

Brake Fluid coming out of Vent in engine bay...

Why didnt the rebuilds work? Was yours damaged beyond repair or are the kits no good?

Brake Fluid coming out of Vent in engine bay...

I was afraid of that. Rebuilding seems cheaper by a long shot.

Brake Fluid coming out of Vent in engine bay...

Hey guys! Long story short, I thought I had a leak and to be overly cautious, I replaced the master cylinder and all of the wheel cylinders. No visible external leaks. Ran a clear piece of hose from master cylinder into the cab and topped it off. Fluid disappears every time I drive still. I've...

    M35a2 block heater

All the friction in this thread could have heated my deuce for 10 years! I want to put a bottle style hotstart coolant heater on my deuce, and I cant see if anyone else has done it. Its the same kind used on standby generators (what I do for work, 15 Liter -100 Liter industrial diesel...

Injectors! Testing, home made pop tester, results.

The hose was made for 5500psi. I'm sure it does swell some. But I think some variance is tolerated. I got those nozzles on the big auction site. They are the stock 2 hole. I imagine if you took some old nozzles to a machine shop with a cnc, they could probably cut new ones with a blank face so...
