I have not used the large nozzle, and I wouldn't want a lockable cap if I had a choice. I seem to have too many keys as it is, and imagine it would get old quick fumbling around looking for the key every time I pulled up to the pump, not to mention being very frustrated should the key become MIA.

Thanks for that last part Warthog, I was going to ask if that could be done for future reference. Had I started my vehicle without the manifold on it would have saved me a lot of trouble this weekend with my leaking injector line.

I got the ol girl fired up this morning after charging the front battery overnight. Apparently I didn't tighten the very bottom injector hose enough, so I'm leaking....I'm going back out shortly to see if I can get to it without having to take the manifold back off.

If the torque value isn't listed, you can use the table in Appendix D of TM9-2320-289-34. It lists nut/bolt size and torque values.

I got the intake manifold off the other day, found a replacement clip and installed it in place of my paperclip, and today finally got all the injector lines off...what a pain. I also got the drivers side valve cover off and cleaned all the RTV off. I have covered everything up for the night...

I got the manifold off and found an aftermarket part....look closely, that's a paper clip. So which manual has a picture of how this is supposed to be connected and what I'm missing?
