You dont need an MV to join us, bring what you have. There will be plenty of MV's for you to peruse and drive. We're a friendly bunch. Not to mention, our local MV dealer (100dollarman) will be in attendance if your in the market for one :beer:

Yeah, got another wheel cylinder to do. Good news is that after 3 more they will all be new. Beyond the W/C I think I'm at lube and go status. Let me see what kinda scraps come my way to build a bench, should'nt take too much.

My truck was the same way when we previewed it. Clear/clean oil before we started it and after running for 15-20 minutes, it was still clean. I figured it couldn't have been ran much since over haul. That was one of the big reasons I made sure to try and win the old girl.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but did'nt the A1(427) have horizontal exhaust like the early 465's? By the picture it looks like the larger vertical stack which would hint at it having a 465 with turbo. Not to say the old girl did'nt start her life as an A1, as it is now it's an A2. My truck started...

The 427 had some issues , thats why the 465 (478ci) came around shortly thereafter. Never owned a 427, but from reading about them I dont think I want one. You might want to continue your search for one with the LD465 instead ( unless you get this one for a song)

As far as A K-ing goes, it wasnt bad. I'll try and do some source recon this week :)

You may want to save the brake parts too, I've heard they are hard to impossible to find.
