Just hang in there the wait sucks. Lately it seems first time EUC's are taking 30-40 days average. I know that sounds negative, just being realistic. Mine took 42 days, I thought I was going to pull my hair out by the time it finally cleared.

thermostat 358-180 seal 4662 those are napa numbers. orielly's uses napa numbers also for 90% of their stuff. I ordered a thermostat from my friend at Orielly's the other day. The seal he couldn't get so I ordered that from napa.

NH have you tried to contact BC and verify that they got your EUC and that it hasn't been lost? I found that if you send a pleasent email to them simply asking to verify that they have it they will reply back.
