    Brake issues M882

I had the same issue when I did mine a few years back, I cant remember if that brake rod going to the master cylinder is adjustable or not. If it is , check that. On mine I had to bench bleed the master when it was bolted to the truck. ( and then gravity bleed the entire system starting...

    New M880

I am using P265/75/R16 Firestone Winterforce on a standard 16" 8 lug dodge rim off a 1980's high capacity window van. The directional Firestone winter tires work great for plowing, but they are a little tall and rub on the drag link when making a hard turn to the right. If I had to do it...

A 200 AMP Alternator ? Is it a bolt on replacement or is it a something that was modified to fit ? some pictures of this would be nice :)

My 77 M-880 has no lights working inside or out

The 3 lever Military blackout light switch should control power to ALL lights ( inside and outside ) and the Horn. Unless a PO did some modifications to the wiring, It would not effect any other gages.

    1975 w200

The Navy also had them at Pear Harbor in the early '80s. They were white with " motor pool made " bench troop seats and a sun shade made of black iron pipe and white canvas. some also had the tail gates removed and a step welded to the bottom of the rear bumper. I should have a picture of one...

    Custom LED turns..

I think they look good on that truck, because it has a clean civi look to it. Not sure I would like them if the truck was od, or cammied.

    Shifting Problem

On mine, sometimes I have to turn the engine off to get the transfer case to go into gear without grinding. If it still won't move, expecially in Hi LOC or LOW LOC, and you are sure the lever is moving at the transfer case , then the problem is beyond me. Keep us posted

    Shifting Problem

The shift points look good to me. The 727 is a very reliable trans and the only time I have had any trouble with mine is when it was low on fluid. Also, double check and make sure the transfer case is not in nutral. They have a habbit of kicking out of gear when the chain gets worn.

    M880 radiator,

For those of you following this thread : I got the radiator in the truck today and took it out for a 50 mile drive with no cooling issues. However, I did have to modify the filler neck ( plastic ) to get the new radiator cap on. It appears that the OD of the filler neck ( where the cap locks...

    M880 radiator,

Does the 3 core keep the trans fluid signifantly cooler ? I don't plan on taking it in the desert, but I do plow with it and I am not exactly sure how the radiator keeps the trans fluid cool ...

    M880 radiator,

Well that did not last long and I had to order a new radiator, Found them on sale at Autozone (on line) for $169. with free shipping. ( Tough one / Ready rad part #433889 ) All the measurements appear to be the same but there are two major differences with this replacement and the orginal in...

    M880 radiator,

I started to pull the radiator today to see just how bad it was before ordering a new CU889. The first thing I pulled was the overflow tank and found that the return line was cracked near the radiator filler neck. That's when I remembered that back in '06 the truck overheated on me because of...
