Yeah, I am going to drive Aaron's '67 in the parade while he drives his '71 and his father-in-law drives the M109. It's a nice drivin' truck. I don't quite have my own yet! Wish i did/could. I think it would be a bit much right now. lol This whole school thing is throwing a wrench in it.
Ok, thanks Aaron. Depending on when the parade ends will determine how long I can follow you all on the convoy. if i hit US 12 by 1545 or 1600 i think i will be fine. I am excited!!! :jumpin:
I always wanted to get a DUCKW and just bomb around in it with a couple different license #'s on there, marine and land. noob: "why do you have boat tags on there?" Me: "you want to find out?" In seattle we have DUCK (w) tours of the city. The trucks do a land tour and then do a small loop in...
well i guess what i was meaning was that we leave aaron's at like 0930 for the parade and then we drive 76 miles or so. but i don't know what kind of speed we will be holding through that mileage. Hammer do you have an idea of how long our convoy trip will take.
Dale, it does take a while to...
how long do you guys think the convoy trip is going to take? Just a couple of days ago i got a musical gig that has it's second show in yakima at 7:30pm. I really want to come down for the convoy, but i need to know that i will be able to get back in time.
yeah they would be. I one thing that off road guys have been doing is picking up stock alloy Hummer H2 rims for strong off road wheel since they are often tossed aside for 20's and other stupid sizes. The problem is the hole in the center is too small. they have them machined out just a little...
check this out, might help you decide. Do some searching on google for rv generator options, that should help you figure out what size you might need.
How do I know what size generator I need?
Yeah easy access to fuel would be nice. I have some welding experience but not much and all i have every used was acetylene for welding and I have observed it being used for cutting. I was just curious, anyway back to the thread!
why won't they let you in the truck pulls? it's a truck isn't it? lol probably worried there 40k dollar diesel truck wouldn't be able to out pull it lol
