Some live in garage building #1, along with the rest of my m v's, antique, classic and muscle cars. The rest are in building #2 which is next door, along with the shop area and parts, parts and more parts!

I would go with the mechanical stuff, first. Cosmetic (not counting the window seals, unless water/moisture is bad) is secondary.
The first thing you should do (A-SAP) , is change the door & ignition cylinders. You do know about that!? Next I would get two new batteries, then...
I have never had any of mine out in the snow. They all all stored in side, along with the rest of my M V's, and classic cars. Maybe this year I will take one out.
