Alot of those trucks are also supplying rebuild parts to the re-set shops in Qatar and Kuwait...They will take parts off them, rebuild them, and reinstall them on other trucks...Lets say a control arm for instance, it will get new bushings, ball joint, fresh coat of paint and its good to go back...

I have ran into this problem on trucks over here, sometimes they will read low, and low and low, no matter how much you fill them, then you add one more quart and your 4 inches too far up the dipstick and think WTF... 6.5 to 7 gallons sounds about right for the 250...A little over never hurts...

Those are civilian "HET" trailers, as we call them over here...They actually load and haul pretty good from what guys have told me...They actually have 4 axles under them (2 down each side) with 4 tires per axle (inner and outter duals), instead of like a normal trailer where it would be 2 axles...
