A 360 is almost a bolt in swap, the torque converter needs to be externally balenced or B&M has a weighted flex plate.The right side engine mount where it bolts to the engine is different but you may be able to redrill the hole(s).

The tires got here this afternoon.I weighed a couple to get an idea about the weight they seem to be about 90 to 95 pounds apiece.The pallets I have aren't wide enough, I'll have to get some and weigh them to get a shipping weight.
